Note: This version of Mondrian has not been tested under .NET 2.0.

At this time we have no plans to release another version of Mondrian at present.
Our current research is producing a new Haskell compiler

Mondrian for .NET 1

Mondrian Beta 5 has now been certified to run under the final release version of .NET 1, ignore the “beta” moniker. (Mondrian is being used as in a research project and had moved on, producing a “final” version of Beta 5 would be a lot of hassle for the researcher just to remove one word! In future you might see Mondrian 2… or not, depending on the outcome of that research.)

Haskell for .NET Release Version

There is a versioning problem with Haskell for .NET which stops it running under .NET Release Version. There should be a simple fix – provide a file to install – but unfortunately it doesn’t seem to work. This means you have to apply the fix “by hand,” its not difficult and we’ve produce a “visual fix guide” (PDF) for you to follow. We apologise for this inconvenience.

Mondrian for ASP.NET

Mondrian supports ASP.NET and can be embedded in ASP pages. Mondrian ASP pages can also contain C# code, and it is the first language to support multi-language ASP pages.

Documentation

All the documentation supplied with the compilers is available online here. These pages are included in the distribution, however the online documentation may get updated between releases.

What You Need

A Windows 2000 or Windows XP system with .NET Release Version installed.

Download

Mondrian Beta 5.msi
To install just download and execute.

Requires GHC 4.08 if you wish to use Haskell for .NET

VS Mondrian.msi
This is Mondrian’s Visual Studio .NET integration.

Warning: The installer will only work automatically on English language systems with Windows on the C: drive. If your system differs, just look in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio after the installation and copy the files in there to the equivalent place in your VS installation. Apologies for this bit of accidental Imperialism, it wasn't intended and will be fixed in the next release.
